Our Health And Business assessment provides a baseline to identify the current capacity for an organization to build its own successful, health-centric culture. A W3RKWELL Worksite Rating is provided to clients based on the unique information gathered. 

Time investment: 1-2 months for companies under 500 employees, 3- months for 500-1000 employees.

Cost: No cost to company (assessment and reporting)

Outcome: Results are presented in a report or live presentation format along with small- and large-scale recommendations. Your company’s W3RKWELL Worksite Score is given based upon the factors analyzed during assessment and it used in follow-up assessments at 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.

Total Rewards Solutions

 

  • Leverages unique organizational profiles, job tasks, demographics and other mission-essential needs

  • Defines and improves upon organizational culture and employee wellbeing based on data collected in site visits, interviews and development opportunities identified through Health And Business assessment

  • Can be extended to include critical, research-based programs for organized and unique integration and retention processes

Time investment: Variable, depending upon needs

Cost: Flat fee provided after consultation interview. At-risk fee structure with 50% invoiced at outset and remaining total involved after pre-determined goals have been achieved.

Outcome: Science-supported insight and action for assessing and building total rewards programs that 1) effectively retain and motivate talent, 2) are easily connected to performance management systems and 3) flex to changes in employee preference and motivation over time.
